Subsequently, the WCEC Secretariat was set up to operate as the central liaison point and coordinating centre for matters relating to the WCEC; it liaises with the host organisation of each WCEC in ensuring the smooth organisation of the Convention. The WCEC Secretariat is rotated amongst the three Founder Members with each operating on a 6-year term. The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong (CGCC) hosts the current WCEC Secretariat. The WCEC Founder Members Board comprises of SCCCI, The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong and the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2027, the 19th WCEC is the only official WCEC convention endorsed by the WCEC Founder Members. The 19th WCEC will be organized by Chinese General Chamber of Commerce UAE in Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2027 .
